It also features 30-minute timer and variable temperature control up to 390-degree Fahrenheit. It has 208 volt AC, 15 ampere, 1800 watts power rating. Approved by UL, NSF certification. Comes with limited one year warranty. Measures 11-inch height by 16-1/2-inch width by 12-1/4-inch depth.

A Good Deal on an Excellent Product

My husband and I run a small sandwich shop, and we wanted the capability to offer a few fried items without the hassle and expense of a large commercial fryer. We now have 2 of the Waring countertop fryers and they are workhorses! They do everything we need and turn out a good product. They're easy to clean and the oil is simple to change. I highly recommend this product.

This Waring Commerical deep fryer is fabulous

I was extremely satisfied with the superb performance of this deep fryer. I was especially impressed that it maintained the temperature of the oil while I fried several batches of chicken. Since the oil neither popped nor splattered, I didn't worry about burning myself while I either added food or raised and lowered the basket. (I used the 2-lb. steel wire basket that's available as an accessory.) This deep fryer turned out non-greasy, crisp fried chicken and french fries. I'm a home cook. I bought this deep fryer to use when I entertain guests. It's the best small appliance that I've ever purchased, and I strongly recommend it to anyone who wants to prepare perfect fried foods.
