Best Fries Ever!

I purchased this pan years ago and am still baking the best French Fries ever! I ordered 2 recently to give to daughter and granddaughter who have both stopped using a deep fryer but still wanted crispy fries. I also use it for frozen breaded fish cakes. It is easy clean up by hand or dish washer. I would recommend it for anybody who wants to cut out greasy fried potatoes!

Have used it only several times but It keeps the oven fried food from getting soggy on the bottom. It is very easy to clean .
